Custom Flyers & Brochures

Each Flyer is custom designed to the property, using multiple photos to showcase the home's best features.

It’s very easy to get started: Just provide us with information about the property or we can take the information from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Then we select the best digital Still Photos. We always send you a Color Proof for your approval, at no charge, so you can make minor changes before we do the final print!

Additionally, we reformat the photos to a low-resolution jpg and e-mail them to you. These low-resolution Still Photos are ideal for use on the Internet; use them to enhance your listing with more visual content. You can upload these to the Tempo/ MLS site or your own personal Web site.

Paper Choices

Printing

All Flyers are printed on a Color Laser Printer with your choice of paper/card stock. Let us know if you would like to include your agent photo and company logo. Flyers will be delivered to your office in 1-2 business days after final approval has been received.

Color Flyers are printed on one of the following:

• 32# Semi Gloss
• 10-point C1S (100#)

• 28# Bright White
