Residential: Steps for Filming

IT’S EASY.  JUST CALL US, AND WE DO ALL THE WORK.

1. Fax, Phone or E-Mail your order to our office. We will need the listing information, your complete contact information, and method of payment.

2. We dispatch it same day to our photographer assigned to the area.  We strive to film tours as soon as possible; most of the time we are a day or two booked out.

3. Our photographer will call you directly by the following morning to schedule the shoot. Please allow 30-40 minutes for a standard 4-scene tour; more time is needed to shoot additional Scenes or Stills. We can film with the agent or homeowner, or just give us the CBS code and we can use our Lockbox Key.

4. Once filming is completed, we send the images to our Process Department. They clean up the images and build the tour the next day. Once processed, we will send the Links the following morning via E-Mail and post to the appropriate sites.

5. The agent will need to post the link to MLS & their personal site, as we are not allowed to do this.  We post to Realtor.com and Homes.com at no extra charge. (Active page must be up).
