Still Photography: Image Quality & Size

All still images are shot at 3008 x 2000 (3:2 format) and are sized into two sizes, one for Printing (High Res)  and the other for the Internet (Low Res). Each image will be cleaned up, cropped as needed with color adjusted.

The finished Print images will be at 300 dpi, in .jpg format and approximately 6.66” x 10.00” in size. We can send them out on your behalf.  Many are used for Homes & Land, Luxury Home Magazine & The View.

Images for the Internet are sized to MLS requirements: 980 x 653 at 300 dpi. These are about 150KB in file size, which load quickly on any computer. You will want to load still photos & tour links to MLS & Office Website.
